Recently my self esteem is being very low. I feel my body not attractive and the urgent need to start working out.
My Roommate is a professional beach volleyball player. He is always in shape so I thought I would get some advice from him.
So I told him I wanted to get ripped like him. He was proud of my decision and he supported me right away.
He started giving me all these hardcore proteins including this one that replaces meals.
He told me to stop eating cookies. They are the ripped man's worst enemy.
Broccoli is your best friend!!! Eat the veggies and all the green stuff you can find.
Then I thought about it and came to the conclusion that being skin and bones is not so bad.
Sorry roomy but I'll stick with the cookies for now.
